Sunday through Thursday Rate
$110.00 per night, plus tax

10% discount for firefighters, law enforcement officers, members of the military (active duty, reserve, or retired) and family members with a valid identification card.

As a courtesy to our guests, we do not raise rates during festivals.
Extended stay and corporate discounts available

Check-in time is 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday through Thursday; 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Two-night minimum stay required on Maifest and Oktoberfest weekends
Security deposit due in advance. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, checks, and cash accepted.
Cancellations received seven days prior to reservation (30 days notice required for festival weekends) will receive a refund, minus a $20.00 handling fee per room, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate. Cancellations that do not meet the required notification time will receive a 50 percent refund. If we are able to rebook your room,a full refund will be made, less $20.00 per room. No refund for cancellations received less than one day before reservation, unless we are able to rebook the room.
Children over 12 with well-behaved parents allowed on a limited basis
Smoking is not allowed inside this historic guest house.
